Color preferences?
I am planning on ordering a 2003 CL55. I am sure about the interior color choice (charcoal) but am unsure about the exterior choice.
I am thinking of White, but am also considering Black Opal, Tectite Grey or Midnight Blue.
I just do not like the orange peel and hope the Black Opal will look good. Has anybody seen the tectite? Does it look the older color Black Pearl?

2003 CL55
I have a 2002 CL 500 Sport in Alabaster White/Java and will spec my 03 CL 55 in the same combination. Had a brilliant silver CLK 430 and got a bit tired of it after a year because so many MB's are in brilliant silver, which begins to look gray. The new Diamond Silver for the SL is much more appealing and we ordered it for our 03 SL. Capri Blue is a great color, but IMO the CL's lines look better in light colors. I guess that Brilliant silver and Black are the most popular colors for the CL, which is another reason I will stay with Alabaster White. BTW, the Java interior is more difficult to keep loooking clean than Charcoal, especially the floor mats.

Horizon Blue is a very nice color. It was on the debut CL500 at the NY Autoshow. The color is somewhat grey with a hint of blue/purple. Stands out against the rest of the silver and black CLs that everyone has around here.
