Aftermarket Insurance options

I got a quote of $2795 for 2yrs/30k drivetrain/electric warranty from AA Auto Insurance (www.aaautoprotection.com )

They are qualified by California insurance board, but I wante to see if anyone had a different suggestion for my 03 cl55 amg w/56K miles.

Local MB dealer quoted my $7900 for the same warranty through Subaru...
