just got a cls 55 amg
New guy here. I recently bought an 06 cls 55 amg with 74k.
Guy i bought it from needed money urgently and sold it for an an unbelievable price. So I bought it. First the coolant line started leaking. Got that replaced. The right passenger window wont go down. Didnt bother me that much. 400 miles later left front strut blew. I called the guy I bought it from and he swears up and down he had the dealer do suspension work. Of course I contacted the dealer and the told me to come it. The quoted me 1900 dollars for left air strut. I had I repecipt that suspension work was done 2 months ago. They wont cover it. Now I really like the car, still will keep it. What are my options as far as where can I get a replacement strut or rebuilt? Does the opposite side also prone to go out soon? Also any help with Window issue? Thanks in advance.

Congrats on the car. Sorry to hear it hasn't been reliable yet. Wish I could help more than just saying welcome to the MB family & maybe try asking this in the CLS forum. Totally different car than a CL.
