W216 CL500 weird command issue

Hi,

Driving home today and after making a brief stop and restating my car all for a sudden my command system only shows climate control options nothing else . On the virtual dash I can still see navigation with live street names , and my phone options appear , but when I go to audio it says audio off. If I press the command buttons for music/radio or navigation/phone I get nothing just climate .

I tried disconnecting both batteries for 5-10 mins and still got same problem .

Any suggestions?
