I noticed that when the passenger window is rolled down, it was lose and shaking making a rattling noise. Also when the door was closed shut it rattled. So I popped the door panel off to have a look and found it was a lose bolt causing this. If you have the same problem then this is your fix 100%.

I have rattle only on window down closing door. I can't even pop my door panel out.

there's a torx bolt behind the SRS badge cover, you also have to remove the chrome moulding from the door and rest are just clips holding the panel in. You have to lift up the panel while pulling. Good luck
