on both intercoolers ontop has 2 valves ( looks like a tire valve ) i took the inside part of the valve out and i put a clear hose on both valves and put the hose in the intercooler fill neck. once the pump turns on you can see the water start flowing. and thats pretty much how its bled
make sure you use distiled water and some kind of lubricante agent like (water wetter) or something so the pump doesnt get damaged

sorry for the late response there is several ways to wire it but the way i did was hook up a volt meter to the connector harness that attaches to the factory pump and check to see which wire has positive and which had negative, once i determine which is positive i connect the stock pump and payed close attention to the flow of the pump so when i do install my new pump and wire it all up with some waterproof dutch connectors i will double check if the flow is correct before finalizing everything.. i know some people asked about amperage draw, this upgraded meziere pump draws about 6 amps and the fuse for this circuit is rated at 15 amps so there will not be any issues with amperage... biggest issue is making sure the direction of the flow is correct, and the system is bled 100% there is a relay on the passenger side engine compartment you can jump the relay and activate the pump so you don't need to have the engine running
hope this helps

2009 CL600 RennTech and 2001 CLK430 AMG
Resurrecting this really ooooold thread...
I bought a 2009 CL600 a few weeks back (to replace my 2001 CLK430) and have stumbled across this thread which describes how to use the Meziere WP-136 for a nice IC pump upgrade. I'm doing it! But...
Looking at the spec sheet for the Bosch 010 pump, I see that its inlets and outlets are 22-23 mm hose barbs. So the hose ID must be 7/8", right? The WP-136 pump requires AN12 O-ring fittings for its threaded input and output ports. Meziere offers them with hose barbs of 1 1/4, 1, and 5/8 inches, but not in 7/8 inches (I even checked with the company to make sure). I've been looking around on other auto supply and racing websites to try to find an appropriate fitting 12AN-to-7/8 hose barb, with no luck so far.
I could probably cobble one together out of a pair of separate fittings, but your fourth picture shows a single aluminum fitting of the right size, apparently.
Where did you find the proper fittings? Would you happen to have a part number and/or link?
Thank you!,
Greg
