Tampa CL65 Sighting
What are the odds? Ha. Went to buy some groceries the other day, and in the back of the parking lot was another CL65 AMG - only other one I've seen in Tampa. Looks like an 05 like mine by the body type. The owner must live in the area because since then I've seen it in the same parking lot 3 times.
This one is mine (come on, you know silver is classier

+1. That's annoying as hell when someone takes two parking spots because they think their car is more important that someone else having a parking spot. If the car is that special, don't leave it parked anywhere but home.
I've seen the two parking spot idea go bad a few times. Two hoopties will park as close as they can and sandwich the car in so the door can't be opened.

There is a CL65 with a plate "Surety" I have it a couple times at the Cheesecake Factory at Tampa-International mall. It is a black on black. Beautiful car..

It was under warranty at the time but they ended up taking the whole trunk apart I forget what was causing it, I believe both of those gas shocks were replaced among other things. It was weird tho, like in the picture you can see, only one side of the trunk (pass side like the pic) would sit above the body line. It drove me fkn crazy, I assume your having a similar issue? I'll look into my service records if you want more details PM me so I'm not hijacking this thread.
