Question When did the CL55 215 first get twin tip exhausts?
I was looking at pictures of the CL55 215 and some have single tips. Everything else looks the same, so I can't tell what years are what. Anyone know?

w215 cl65, W212 E63, R53 Mini Cooper JCW, E92 328I
there is 2 cl55 amg, one of them does not have a supercharger, and the other has a supercharger... dual tips means it has a supercharer

So the 2000 to 2002 have single tips? That makes sense.

Yeah, as well as,

Older style turn signal mirrors
Tail lights with 2 white stripes
Cloudier looking headlights
Smaller front bumper opening
As well as the size difference in calipers and rotors

Wow! Great info. I apparently just lucked out.

All I knew about was the DVD based COMAND system.

Actually, the exterior of an 03 is exactly the same as an 06 (CL55). The difference in the DVD Comand started in 04.

No they are not. 06 came with 19" wheels (CL55)

You sure about that? The 03s still had the CDs for navigation and the preupdated (but visually updated after 02) comand unit. 04 they had the soft touch buttons along the side of the screen
