Cl63 Amg exhaust
Hi guys,
does anybody has an another exhaust on his Cl63 ?
I'm thinking about to replace the Resonator with Straight Pipes because i heart the Cl63 has no Secondary Cat.
Do you think it is too loud removing the Resonator and should better change the mufflers ?
Hope somebody can help me
Regards

This was the first thing I did with my car and I got to tell you it was very loud I wouldn't do it. The resonator really takes out the harsh sounds from the exhaust but it does make it too quiet.
Last week I installed two 18" x 4" (3" pipe size) vibrant resonators instead of straight pipes where resonator is and it sounds absolutely great. Leave the factory h pipe alone so exhaust can mix.

Bumping an old thread as I'm thinking of taking out the resonators as well on my CL63 but unsure if I want to straight pipe or something else.
Anyone have sound clips after their install? There's not a lot of threads or videos anywhere on CL63 exhausts, I've only seen a few straight piped W211 E63's on youtube.
