W215 V12TT Build by Speedriven, W221 S550 4Matic
I def want to stay within the Mercedes Crowd. I just picked up a Viper and now so I will be doing a project with that. I will have Speedriven build the Viper as well, I will most likely be going with a twin turbo kit as far as power. I will start with a coilover kit to lower it first and do a nice set of wheels.

Speedriven CL600 V12TT
I never ended up getting the single fin painted, the shop quoted me $250. I figured it wasn't worth it, with the Asanti grill on its way. The Asanti is going in for a powder-coating once I find a shop that will give me their time. It's tough here in MN. I'll dump some pics and update my thread after classes.

WoW!!! Absolutely gorgeous (generally not a fan of chromed or highly polished wheels but....)This combination of mods, stance, wheel style, red calipers, tint etc just took this Snake to a completely new level

Yeah that Model Snake always drew my eye, the hood in particular is perfect! IE way more civil than the latest iterations from Dodge etc.. Just the perfect mix of hood vents, from their actual size/placement/amount w/addition of front ram air scoop made this particular model in the Viper's evolution perfection inmyop & a big reason why I chose/bought the MishaDesigns Widebody...
Here you see the similarity (still love the Viper's version 100% more but the Misha was/is still the ONLY widebody w/a wicked Viper style truly vented hood, I always wanted to add the Viper front air-ram scoop @ the front of hood/nose right where the hood hump begins to rise etc)
Next to my new to me '11 RRS SC V8 w/SC snout Pulley, OE Dyno tune & Brabus Valvetronic controlled exhaust AWD makes 700hp @ the Crank w/28-30% DTL on Autowaves brand new AWD DynoDynamics..

V12-Biturbo
VERY NICE RANGE. How are those things? only thing I hear here is that they break down a lot I always wanted to pick one up as a daily. I'm actually in the market now since I will be selling my Z06 shortly to get a daily. I have the S550 but my wife drives that all the time.
They ride like butter, I test drove a newer ml63 & it can't touch the ride on RR's period, but don't take my word please do the same test whatever SUV u can name it runs them into the ground it will go ANYWHERE & top it off w/simple ECU/pulley it runs 0-60 in 4.1 seconds! Yes the Pre 2010 had mass elec gremlins, but have researched & found 10' up are superior & knock on wood not a peep in nearing 5 mo of ownership w/2011.. Oh yeah the interiors on 10' up rival & inmyop slightly surpass my SL no kidding.. But if you're into power etc buy the 2010 on up they share the bigger 5.0 liter w/bigger blower that the Jag ISF use & they loved it soo much they kept using the same platform all the way thru the present 2016 RR Sport etc
They changed to the better Trans/engine/blower in 2010 on up, buy something from these years & you're set! Edit: The model I have came w/full Startech-Brabus Body modifications & 22" KAHN Wheels, the original owner had purchased, I'm the 2nd owner.. The kit retailed for $18.5k alone (Funny, turned out when I found the last mod, Valve Controlled exhaust from Startech-Brabus to complete that mod package, it was @ the same exact perf shop TAG Motorsports, the original owner bought everything else from. They recognized it & pulled the VIN & looked it up in their computer & gave me a copy of ALL the work done/purchased when it was brand new, minus owners pertinent private info lol & I was pleasantly shocked to see he spent the $18.5k on basically a RR Sport dream package I would've wanted done the exact same way) add '11 low mileage RR Sport Supercharged V8 version w/every available luxury factory option added it cost $60k + tax/Lic/Reg So keep this in mind, to find other SUV's in same price range when you're researching other possible SUV models for comparo IE to better help make your decision
I highly reco them to anyone in the SUV market I take this thing everywhere & luxury combined to power AWD is sooooo sick Go get in 1

How have you guys been doing? Any new V12 TT news happening? I have been out of the game for a while now. Im considering to get into an SL65 AMG Widebody early next year. I will also try to get some updates from the current owner of my CL to see how that thing is coming along.
Any thoughts about the CL63 AMG 08-09?

I was originally looking to buy CL65 AMG, but after I couldn't find a decent one, I decided to buy 2009 CL63 AMG. I, honestly, don't understand why everybody complains about that engine. I test drove 2006 SL600 V12, it wasn't faster, the engine was very quiet, the sound wasn't really interesting. Don't know, I love the 63 AMG. Here in Europe it is considered to be a lot "more" than the equivalent CL600.
There is only one drawback; the stiffness. Very harsh ride. CL600 felt much more relaxed and gentle. The CL63 is too sporty.
On the performance note, I had Race Logic the other day and did a few runs. For example, I measured 62 - 124 MPH and got 9.4 seconds. I don't know if it is fast or slow for you, that's just the time of my 63.
