so....I messed up my headlights all of them.... I got paint over-spray on them...so I used a cleaner to get them off and they are completely distorted now...I can't fix them.

I've found online some W215 replacement headlight lenses that are quite cheap $50 each.... from a 2002.... would they fit an 03?

Yes they would - if taking apart and re-gluing the headlight assembly is something you feel like doing.

Why not simply wet sand and buff. The kits available in auto parts stores to "restore" cloudy and/or yellow lenses work very well.

I would advise to spray a UV stabilized clear coat on them after to protect from yellowing for several more years.
