anyone have a trick or a idea to raise the ambient lightness in a 04 W215 V12 TT?

THX a lot

I've seen that option in DAS

but I could try

I just did enter that option in the "developper" part of DAS but a line says "this should always be on "not present"

thank you very much....

did you try to change "not present" into "present"?

i have heard that it is possible on the w211 models to raise the lightness from 6% to 15%.

do you have some screenshots, please? it is easyer to find the modul to change the option.

again, thanks a lot for your help

Nope, didn't try, don't want to try stuff like that and burn out something
but I looked for you in simulator mode but can't find it in this mode
so tomorrow i'll paste you where it is so you try

I think what this does (assuming it is possible) is it sets the level of brightness to the highest level. I noticed that on both my cars, when you enter or exit the car, the ambient lighting becomes bright for the first few moments and as soon as I close the door/switch ignition the lighting fades to a barley noticeable level.

i hope it is possible to raise the brightness on the highest level. my ambient light is next to nothing. there is sadly no difference if the door is open or not. i checked the LEDs and they are correct installed.

hope pmercury leaves the information with a screenshot where he found the option to change between "present/not present"

thanks for this great information and the screenshots.
i tried to change it today. sadly there was no difference between the brightness as i raised the level from 1-5.
i will install some brighter LEDs in the door handle housing.

again, thanks for the help, I appreciate that very much
