Engine Light

Hi all. The engine light on my CL63 stays on. I checked the gas cap and it is sealed closed. The car runs fine but the light stays on. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced.

Just like any modern car, the answer is always the same to this question. Get the car scanned for codes. That is the first step in diagnosis. No one is going to give you a different answer, especially with a car as complex as a CL.

Bank 1 lean, sadly not a very specific code. Could be a lot of things, from a bad O2 sensor, vacuum leak, or even a bad coil can cause that code. Wish I could be more specific but that code a lone doesn't point clearly to any one thing.
