Tonight I received a white ABC Visit Workshop message followed by a red message and then a clicking noise coming from the driver side front engine area. I cant quite tell where it's coming from but I'm assuming the pump. It comes and goes depending on motion of the vehicle. Could it be low fluid?

It also has a rotational "clunk" that I can feel in my left foot. I did find that my power steering fluid is low. I do not have enough Pentosin to top it off and the parts store is closed so I cannot eliminate it as a possibility.

Sounds like you sprung a leak somewhere. The white then red warnings were the pressure dropping due to air in the system, the noise is your pump that's now damaged from running dry. Have the car inspected and see what failed, probably a hose in the front, have that fixed and the system filled and bled, see if the pump survived. Be sure the filters are changed and flush as much of the fluid as you can while it's apart.

There is still fluid on the dip stick so its not dry but it's not in the range it's supposed to be.

If it's low, it's leaking. Find the leak and do not run the engine more than necessary to try to protect the pump.

Sounds like your ABC pump is fried and you have a a leak as previously mentioned.
