Dear learned friends,
Could any of you please give me some tips on replacing the front pads on my CL63 AMG 2007 ... Any help would be greatly appreciated as I haven't done it before.
Rear pads were reasonable easy.. thanks in advance..

Nothing too unique in the fronts. Just take off the "vanity covers" that make the 2 calipers look like one. Then it's just a simple std brake job.

I had to file the notch in my OEM pads to get them to slide into the slot smoothly.

I would refer to a manual. My best advice is that before you push back any of the pucks Clean, Clean CLEAN! them. I have a habit of doing this procedure. This is not in any manual it is just my 2 cents. Crack open the bleeder screw on the caliper before pushing back the pucks to prevent "Backwashing the old fluid into the system. The fluid in the pucks will bleed out of the scew as you push them in. Make sure to top off the brake fluid as you pump the pedal to re seat the pads.
