CLA Exhaust
I'm fairly knoweldgeable about the workings of vehicles, Mercedes-Benz in particular.
However, I am not as up to speed with turbo setups. I know a good amount, but with respect to the diverter valve, I was wondeirng if someone more knowledgeable on the subject could let us know. I currently drive a C250 coupe. Under WOT upshifts, the exhaust will have the sound of the CLA 45 AMG I believe from the diverter valve (dumping excess pressure into the exhaust). I was very upset/dissapointed to know that the CLA250 does not have this cool sound (to each's own, I personally like it). Even on the AMG/Sport package CLA 250. I beleive even the CLA45 AMG won't have it unless you get their performance upgraded exhaust. My question is this: I plan on modifying the exhaust anyway on the vehicle once I get it later this year. Is it easy/cheap to add the diverter valve to the exhaust, or is this something I will have to live without? :nix: |
