CLA 250 noisy engine
Hello guys,
I recently changed the engine to CLA 250 4 matic 2014. Everything OK, but today in the test it turned out that the engine makes a super strange noise as if it were diesel. It is not steady, and occurs mostly at low revs. I mean, the engine has been idle for about a year. Generally, this engine is super quiet. I do not see power problems, smoking or anything but noise. The oil is new(5w40 Castrol). The problem occurs very noticeable when the car is running and changing gears, it is something like the chain is hitting the walls or the lid or something.
