Transmission failing?
I was in manual mode shifting from 6-7 at around 3k rpm. The shift happened, but the car lurched back and forth like the engine cut out or something. I put it in comfort automatic and accelerated to 7th gear from 6th. It did the same thing. Car lurched extremely hard. I was able to replicate it about 5 times. There was no error code. It disappeared after half an hour and happened again a few hours later when I drove in the evening. This time it lurched hard from 5-6th gear while 6-7th was more subtle.
what can be the reason? This never happened before. |
Please record videos to prove to dealer or nothing gonna get fixed.

It got fixed a week ago. It was the transmission valve body. |
Just an update: the problem started happening again a week after the valve body replacement. I’ve been driving the car broken since then. |

Sounds like a misdiagnosis. Call them back and see what they offer.

they are going to have a look at it again. The engine is also leaking from somewhere behind the engine near the top. Quite a bit of oil travelling down. They are going to have a look at that too. My wife drives this car and accellerates like a grandma. I’m surprised this car has issues haha. It takes one month and a week for an appointment every single time here. Ridiculous! |
