Rear axle guides OE parts not found in EPC

Hello again. I ordered new rear axle guides from IM Axle Specialists.
What arrived here have these OE numbers: R1683522605 and R16835222405.
I can't even find any of these parts on EPC.
EPC lists for my car the OEs A1683503506 and A1683503606.
Does anyone have a clue? It's strange the number starts with R and not with A to begin with.
I don't want to spend to get these fitted only to find out they are not ok.

If you ordered the correct parts based on sending the MB part number---the supplier should send their equivalent ,therefore WTF do we know--call your supplier---wada they say!
Now if you said send me the cheapest crap you got---maybe you got just that!

Wow, you are a part guru. I found out that the OE on the guide is not of the part but the assembly (guide + drum + abs sensor), hence these are correct axles.
