I have just purchased a CLK55 so I am parting with my '99 CLK430.
This has been essentially a trouble free MB. It gets Mobil 1 synthetic oil changes every 3,000 miles. I just had the tranny serviced and the converter flushed and filters changed. It has new spark plugs and wires, battery, ball joints ( one week ago), Carlsson suspension, stainless steel brake lines, a/c condenser and dryer, fuel filter. It has had excellent care throughout it life and has never seen snow, always garaged winters. Literally obsessive attention. I took care of this vehicle to own a long time, as I do all my vehicles.
It also has tinted windows, a small amp to drive the sub, new Alpine speakers. It has EBC brake pads with a lot of life left. Feel free to call the mechanic that has worked on it since I have had it, about 2.5 years. I bought it from a friend. It needs new rear tires and I have 2 new tires that come with it. I also have an extra remote key and all records. It has only seen Zaino and Leatherique products.
Asking $17,500. Clean title, no accidents, no stories, just a great car!

Jeez, I can't believe I forgot to give mileage...100,080 miles. Most all highway miles. My daily driver is the wagon and I use the CLK for trips and the girlfriend lives 26 miles away on the Interstate...you know what that means!

Yes, the floor mats. My "new to me" CLK55 has the same "feature!"
Anyone interested? I will posting this on the net and lastly eBay.
Does anyone have any tips for a first time seller of eBay? That would be nice to hear from people who have experience selling items there. It makes me a little nervous with all the scammers cruising eBay these days.

nice car not bad for 100k, it is a 430. but what the hell is up with those passanger mats? i bought an extra set and tried one from that and it did the same thing, i hate that
