I'm selling a 2002 Mercedes Benz CLK 55 AMG coupe in black/black. Xenons, heated seats, lumbar, moonroof/rear window shade package, 6 disc CD changer/Bose system, power/memory seats, split seat and optional ski bag. Is wired with Star Tac phone (Does not come with phone). Comes complete with spare, tool kits, papers and books. No dings on body, no curb rashes on wheels. All motor works, power mirrors moves in all planes and dips on reverse, both driver and passenger seat motors moves up when trying to get into the back seat. Paint is showroom nice, interior is clean. I'm the second owner. Never abused, babied and ultra clean example. No smoking in this car ever. No rips on leather, no scuff, very very clean interior. Leather is soft and supple. 349hp, gobs of torque, 0-60 in 5 seconds, 1/4 mile in 13 seconds. No accidents. No stories. I invite you to examine all the other 01-02 CLK 55 in the Chicagoland area. Mine is the cleanest and most intact, better than examples with 10,000-20,000 less miles. This car is in better condition than the other available CLK 55s for sale currently in Chicago. Take a look at their cars and then come see mine. This car was loved by its previous owner and me, and it shows. Brand new instrument cluster replaced under Mercedes warranty last week. Has remainder of warranty until mid 2006 or 50,000 miles. The car currently has 47,000 miles.

The CLK55 was a limited edition model, with only approx 3300 examples built in model year 2001-2002. It has a handmade 5.4L AMG V8. Ferociously fast but unbelievably comfortable. I had a 2001 CLK430 prior to the CLK 55 and while the 55 rides slightly rougher, it is remarkably comfortable.
