Home For Sale SoCal (Diamond Bar) Good Buy!!!!!
I though I would post a home that I'm going to be selling within the next few weeks. The house is in Diamond Bar which is close to OC, IE, and LA county. Its a SFR 3 bed 2 bath 1272sqft. 9200sqft lot, good area, hill view, close to the 57frwy and 60frwy, needs some TLC. I'm listing it for 535k with 25k back for repairs and closing costs. The appraisal value of the house when done should be around the 550k-565k range. This house has a lot of potential and I'm willing to get someone in with no money out of there pocket.
