Guys please dont do business with Darwin . I bought a set of HID fog for my E55 about 4 months ago . At first He talked to me very nice when I order by phone but I had trouble when installed , the fogs keep flicking then I called him back he past me around , 2nd time he didnt pick up his cell , I called to his shop some1 there say he not there .Finally I have to buy another set of fog from a guy on mbworld. He located in san diego

If you called the shop 1 time, like you stated, and the person told you Darwin was not in at the time, you should have left a number, or tried calling again.
It seems as if you were in too much of a rush to just give up and purchase another set.
These 4 members can vouch for Darwin, as they have been customers for a long time.

2003 CL55 stage 4 Renntech and 2006 CLS55 AMG
who did you speak to at the shop? I have purchased over $40K worth of mods from Darwin, w/o ANY problems. Your HID kit should have come with a 1 year warranty....that is standard w/ most HID kits. If you ordered by phone, I'm assuming you had the kit sent to you, and you installed it yourself. Warranties are typically void due to installation error.
If you called the shop 1 time, like you stated, and the person told you Darwin was not in at the time, you should have left a number, or tried calling again.

i had a flicker problem on the HID's as well, darwin took care of it, would have refunded or replaced but did credit on a HR spring setup, and jus paid the difference.
