Reason why i am selling is cuz i found a c55 i want but i need to get rid of this car first. MB offered me $45k tradein but i rather buy a used c55/ privately.

yep, i'm getting a C55- decided on a used private one - forget the new one. even though the dealer's offer for my car was amazing i couldnt justify paying 98k for a new one.
And yes, that price is in CDN. with all mods. w/o mods i will sell it for $42k.
