JRocket,

I may be able to move these for you if you PM me your rock-bottom price and serial numbers. I've got a couple of good friends that are dealers.

Let me know.

even though i look around at other cars even when i'm driving a nice car, i can honestly say that i've never once had that feeling since i got my rolex yachtmaster in 2000(at airport in switzerland when it was 82 euro to $1.00 USD). there were long waiting lists in the US and most places didn't have it in stock. just dumb luck the airport jeweler had it.

previously i owned a two-tone daytona that was nice, but i still wondered "what if" when i saw other watches. i've also owned omega, tags, and even timex ironman($29.95). so just my $.02...i've been very happy w/ the YM.

I picked up a new Seadweller (sub with thicker case, glass and a helium escae valve -- for deep sea diving) a couple years back for $3675. I cant understand how its worth more than I paid on the used market. I should by watches and stop buying cars!

Nice watches at pretty decent prices.

rolex's prices are going up. I looked at a used sea dweller about a month back and currently going for 4K. great investments!!!!!!

For those of you with multiple automatic watches, a watch winder might be in order.

What model?

I've got a SuperOcean Professional w/yellow dial & an Aerospace with grey dial. I would part with either one of them. Both are around '99-'00 IIRC. I haven't worn either of them in several years.

which rolex and breitling do you have and what year?

Speaking of Rolex's,

I have a Rolex Daytona 16523 TT, Zenith E-series with inverted dial for sale.

Very good to excellent condition.

First $6,650 takes this beauty.

ob1kenobi Nov 2, 2007 10:32 PM

IMHO, it's only proper if you keep on topic.

Open your own thread if you're selling yours.

Smart Aussie, using the crappy US Dollar to get a sweet deal on a nice watch. ;)

In my opinion, MAYBE besides the black face, it's the best looking one Sub.

Aussie economy is good that is why I'M CONSIDERING BUYING MY 2nd Rolex.

In ebay.com.au there is a Rolex for auction around AUD$600 but I have a similar one with 10 diamonds.
