Guy's name is **removed by original poster**. I purchased an Armani jacket from him on 11/9/2007 and as of 11/30/2007 still have not received it. User has stopped responding to PM's and emails and I've opened a dispute with paypal.

, i thought in order to have a paypal account you must certified up the A**, lol..Go figure...Damn dude that is bad, I remember when i was taken for a ride. I bought some Air jordans on ebay i called and called, and e-mailed even her grandma..till this day I have not received my kicks..Paypal gave me monay back minus some fees. Don't worry you will just have a minimal loss you will get your money back.:

Sometimes actually all the time PAYPAL never goes the way you want its because they do "Investigation" with out any paper trail of any sort, I got screwed twice a seller sold me a set of lowenharts that claimed 5x112 pattern and verified it was and when i recieved them filed a dispute and went in his favor? so i got stuck with wheels i cant use. But anyway Good luck Man hope all goes well that Sucker will get whats coming to him unless theres a viable reason why hes MIA.

#2 I bought a set of rims and tires off Dino last month for close to $1000 via paypal through this forum and recieved them as promised. he always promptly replied back to my PMs and emails-- I live in FL too so it was quite a risk not knowing the guy but he was very friendly and helpful

He was paid on 11/9/2007
Emails and PM's went back and forth about how he was too busy to ship it.
Finally, on the 20th, I received a PM stating that the item was shipped but he didn't get a tracking number. And the 20th, just so happens to be the last day he logged into this forum.
3 days ago, I PM'd him stating that 3 weeks is more than enough time to get an item from New Jersey to Maryland, I got no response.
I then emailed him and got no response.
I opened a dispute with Paypal and guess what? All of as sudden he responds this morning to me. He states that the I'll have the item within a couple of days and magically there's a tracking number now. That means he NEVER shipped it on the 20th like he stated. He lied for whatever reason. The new tracking number seems legit so we'll see.
If I get it, I'll close the paypal dispute, no problem. But he was completely unresponsive, recently, until Paypal got involved.

Like I told the seller, I'll probably never wear it. I collect jackets for some weird reason. I have probably close to 20. I'm retarded.

i sold him my general uhp's off my mrr's. he paid quick and kept in contact often. i think he may jus be slow at shipping, i know i was with his tires lol and a few other things i sold lately, sometimes ppl are busy with other things in life lol.

Being slow is one thing, lying is completely another. He lied about shipping the item when he didn't. And cut off all contact with me until Paypal got involved.
