2008 C6 Z06 less than 2k miles

Hey Guys! I've decided to give up the Z. It's a blast to drive and it's extremely fast. Check out the add below. Car is absolutely perfect. It had a two day long detail right after I bought the car. I will bet the paint on this car looks better than any new z on a showroom floor. $69,900 with mods.

I do miss the E55 more than any other car I've owned. I think I'm moving back into an AMG (65) or a P car. Time will tell.

P-car = the way to go...I drove my friends 06 911 C4 last night and honestly that thing is AMAZING...the best handling non-exotic car I've ever driven...granted I've never driven a 65 AMG etc...but I doubt it'd have the same handling around turns etc (no offense)

How did the two compare? Z06 vs your E55. I love both. The E55 is a kick in the pants with the blower but I can say I never drove test drove a Z06.

They don't really compare at all. The E was a true everyday car that can do it all. I could haul my friends around, throw clubs in the back, take the family to the beach etc... I liked the stealth of the E, you could surprise people with it's power.

The Vette is just a brute! It is comfy for what it is but nothing like the E. It's in your face fast and everyone knows it. You're not going to sneak up on anyone in the Z. The Z is also a ton quicker and is a complete monster on top end. I haven't ran the car all out because you just run out of room to quick. The E would pull like a freight train on the bottom but just fell off a bit on top. You don't get that in the Z.

The bottom line is they are two completely different cars. You can take the Z through the mountains and throw it in and out of turns. It's light, nimble and a complete all around monster. The E is pure comfort, has room for the family and then becomes a stop light to stop light street pounder when you need. If I could afford it, I would own both of them.

I have driven a Z06 and your statements can not be more accurate. The Z06 is definitely the car to own if you can afford both. I would rather have it over a P-car just becasue of its ridicolous performance at half the cost of a TT.
