FS: Fiber Optic 6 DISC cd changer

hey guys.
I have a fiber optic CD changer in EXCELLENT shape for sale. It came out of my friend's 2004 C32. Includes the magazine. He wants $300 shipped , or $275 local pick up . Just to let you know, this changer DOES NOT include any brackets. I do have the C-class glove box bracket w/ torque screws available for a good price.

2002 C32 AMG

I've got a 2002 C32 and am very interested.

Just have a few questions - Why did you friend take it out of his car? Why didn't he take the brackets out too? How much are you charging for the bracket and screws?

I'm in San Diego, how far are you (or is your friend) from here?

i have my friend's bracket and screws as well. He wants $20 for the set up. It goes for $33 at the dealership. My friend just put a huge stereo system in his car .... that is why he is selling the cd changer. Since I need to ship this cd changer plus bracket to you, your price would be $320.00 shipped. I got burned by a couple of a$$holes the last few months on items i had for sale, so I will NOT accept PAYPAL, nor will I ship the changer until I receive the full amount. Let me know ASAP.

I'm still interested. One other question - why does it say "ON PROBATION" under your handle?

I have someone who works in Fremont that I would probably just have pick up the changer for me to save on shipping. That would also ensure that neither of us got burned ont he sale. So would that end up being $295?

Do you know if a reprogram at the dealership is necessary after installation?

What kind of setup did your buddy get? Did he replace all the speakers? With what? How custom did he go? Man, I totally want to go custom on mine too just looking for ideas.

$295 is a done deal if you want it. You gotta let me know ASAP, as I have had several other interested members E-mail me.

The "on probation" status is a result of retaliation posts against a "stalker" who was trolling all my threads and posts. The mods found it necessary to punish us both, even though I was not the member who instigated anything....anyways, it will go away in about 2 weeks.

If you could have your friend meet up w/ us at our BBQ tomorrow, that would be a perfect time. Our meet is as a local Sunnyvale park. The directions and times are posted on the events & gatherings thread.
