Few Questions:
1) Aren't the power seats w/ memory supposed to be standard, not an option?
2) How did this vehicle manage to have three owners since 2003? I'm assuming that you aren't the first owner?
3) How many times has this vehicle been in for repairs? As the 2003 E-Class is the infamous "problem-child", i'm wondering if perhaps three people got rid of it because of these problems?

Repairs
I have had the car in for four complaints:
- Pulls to right = Corrected with new camber bolts.
- Radio inop = Corrected with software upgrade.
- Noisy EGR valve = Corrected with new motor mounts.
- Squeeky brakes = Corrected with new pads.
I'm selling the car because I've ordered a 645i.
