What's the fastest way to waste tires?
Fastest way to burn rubber?
Hey folks, since i'm getting my tires changed for my ML, i might as well change those jContitour's tires on my CLK with Potenza S03's, but the problem is the tires (CLK's the garage queen) aren't worn out at all on the CLK...and my folks need a good reason for the replacements even though i'm paying for them myself...groan.
What's the fastest way to wear out tires in a few days without hurting the car? Lol, i know this sounds odd

Well, I think the obvious answer is to do as many burnouts and donuts as you can in the next few days. Practice your emergency braking distances to wear down the fronts .

Step on brake and don't let go with your left foot, slowly accelerate with your right foot and let go the brake a little.
Once you get the feeling you'll know what I'm talking about, it's really fun.
P.S. ESP must be disable and don't use parking brake

Yo lowryder! does your burn-out give off the same result as Mach's ride?

Ok... I'm in no way endorsing the burnout that I did, but let me clarify a few things
It took about 45 seconds, enough time to go up to 5,000 rpms in 5th gear. I wasn't exactly counting the time as it happened
It cost me about $600 in Michellin Pilot Sports, and as cool as it looked, still is not worth it to me.
This was when my car was a stock 430. Burning out with a Kleemann SC is far to easy to require messing around like this.
18 months later, there is still a mark on the asphalt where it happened

Pardon my ignorance, but I still don't get it! How the hell do you make the car stand still with full wheel-spin? If you apply the breaks, won't you apply the rear breaks as well? Sorry if this question is too stupid but please enlighten me! :o

Yes, you are applying the rear brakes. And it is not necessarily a good thing to be braking and spinning the wheels for a long period of time. Basically, the brakes are not strong enough to keep the wheels from turning if you put the power down.
