What's the fair market value for my CLK
 

Im planning to trade my car in and would like to know what to expect from the dealership for my trade-in. Here are the details:

CLK430
MY2000
Silver/Ash
12.5K miles
Command
K3, K4 option groups
Excellent condition
New York City location

Ive checked the online sites but I'm not convinced they're accurate. Any ideas on what I should receive for the trade-in? What if I sell it privately?
