If you put H&R 10 mm spacer in the rear, it would look much better. I used the 15 mm spacer w' Carlsson 1/5 wheel on my Clk 430 and 10 mm spacer in the rear on my Slk 230 "sport" and they both look AWESOME !!!

Very nice....where in New York are you from? I'm thinking of getting the Lorinser roof wing as well and need a good dealer...was it hard to have installed, did you do it yourself or have someone do it?

The front German plate...do you have the stock bumper or did you get an aftermarket one?

Linh,
For the 10mm spacers, do you have to get longer bolts as well?

Mark D,

What does "Lorinser side impact markers" mean? Is it the colored side markers sold by EvoSport?

thanks

I already have H&R springs, and my car rubs on bumps...so i'm not sure if i want to go lower. I might change the stock pads in the rear, and put the thinner ones..but i'm not sure

I live in westchester (like 25 minutes from manhattan). Me and my cousin (whose a technician for MB) did it. Its really simple. The roof wing comes with everything you will need.

I have a stock bumper, but I bought the impact stripe from Lorinser (not evosport painted lenses). You can see from the pics that this strip eliminates the light completely, looks cleaner than painting the lense. It comes in three pieces. Right strip, left strip, and in the middle is a bracket for a european liscence plate. So i got the german plate.

here's a pic...its not that good though...
i dont remember how much they were...i bought just the rotors from peter at wheelexperts.com . i think it was around $600(for all 4 rotors). which is better then spending $3000 on the big brake kit(just the fronts), when all i was looking for is the looks.

What do you tell the cops when they pull you over?

I believe the front license plate is illegal in New York. Let me know so I can put my own

Yeah the front plate is illegal, but the 3 years i've had the car...i've only gotten one ticket, and he was a ***** just trying to bust my *****. Thats 3 years of driving in manhattan, parking on street in manhattan, went through a check point in the bronx, and getting pulled over a bunch of times...and 1 ticket that the court dropped anyway.

-the car is just lower with H&R springs, with the stock spring pads. So whatever the stock size is...thats what i have.

-Zaino is by far the best of all the wax/polishes that i have used. And its so easy to put on and take off
