Need Help Removing Driver Seat

Can someone tell me how to remove the driver side seat in my 01' CLK 430 please.

if its the same as the 320, there are 4 bolts holding it down that go in at angles..move the seat all the way forward to reach the back ones and move the seat all the way back to reach the front ones..then unplug the wiring to the motors and your done.

Suppose you don't have power and cannot move the seat at all. Can you still remove the seat? How easy is it to remove the cushion. I found a salvaged CLK 320 with good looking seat covers but the car's wiring was stripped and all control buttons. Can you help me out because I really want these seats.
