Question FOR THOSE WHO HAS DONE THE EXHAUST

OK BOYS..I GOT TOOO MANY ADVICES FROM DIFFERENT PEEPS ON WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT.
I NEED YOUR THOUGHTS AND DID U FEELING ANY DIFF??

REMOVE MY SECONDARIES CAT AND HOOK IT UP WITH A STRAIGHT PIPES ALL THE WAY TO RACING MUFFLER....(DELETING THE RESONATOR)

OR GET A HIGH FLOW CAT AND AND ALL THE WAY TO RACING MUFFLER....(DELETING THE RESONATOR)

DOE ANY OF EM WILL TRIGGER THE SENOR?
OR ONLY WAY TO TRIGGER IT IS BY REMOVING THE PRIMARIES....?

I APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE THAT U MAY SHARE WITH ME .

Deleting secondary cats and resonator wont trigger the sensor. I have straight pipes all the way to the magnaflow muffler. It sounds good enough for me and i was even asked by a mechanic at a muffler shop if i had a V8 made me happy.

Either way you will be fine and not trigger any sensors (as far as I know). Only when you mess with the first set of cats. But beware of your States inspection laws.

I am running high flow secondary cats with a magnaflow muffler and love it.(No resonator).

Had I deleted my 2ndary cats it would have been too loud inside the car. It took a while to get used to the extra sound in the cabin but then again I have a 430 so if you did the whole enchilada it should work out fine.

99CLK320,
just a guess, but not necessarily. it all depends on how tight the emission standards are in VA. removal of the primaries will cause a CEL and "probably" fail a test. removal of the secondaries will not cause a CEL and "may" fail the test. removal of the resonator would be too noisy in the cabin for me and wouldn't affect CEL or test.
