Help Clk 430 P0300 codes

Today I was driving on the highway and my check engine light started flashing about 3 to 4 times and remained on. Went to the Autozone and got the codes pulled. They were the P0300 codes. P0300 thru 301,302,303,304,305,307. All P0 codes. I believe their misfires. Car drives fine. No studdering or cutting back at all. Ive never changed the spark plugs since ive had the car. But the car has never indicated that its needed any. The car has 155,000 miles on it I got it with 123,000. Is it just a minor spark plug issue? And is it ok to drive?

The plugs are due every 5 years OR 100,000 miles - whichever comes first. The newest of these cars should be on the third set of plugs.

Thanks. So I should change the plugs?

If the plugs have been on the car for 5 years or 100,000 miles, I highly recommend changing them. Here is a list of items that should be regularly addressed. The fuel and engine air filters should be changed at regular intervals too.
