A208 CLK 320 & BMW E92
UK CLK Newbie - pics included
Hi everyone, just got a CLK320 and had a question to ask.
Few pics so the post isn't boring!
One with my E92 sneaking in
Going to go out this afternoon to sand the headlights as you can see they're all cloudy and hopefully freshen it up a bit.
Question I wanted to ask was if anyone knows in the UK where to get the Brabus style front bumper add on like the pic below - (not the plastic/cf splitter):
Not my car
I can find one by Duraflex in fibreglass on the below link but it's from the US so the postage makes it quite expensive for a simple piece of fibreglass!http://www.semotors.com/duraflex-98-...r-air-dam-kit/
Anywhere in the uk/Europe to source this?
Cheers, Mark

2002 CLK 55 AMG cabriolet Eurocharged
Welcome aboard and that is a beautiful W208.
I am interested in the wheel type as they really sharpen the Brilliant Silver on Black.
I have read from others in the AMG forums that the splitter pieces found on E-Bay and splice in with little effort. It is difficult to achieve the look of the Braubus because of the rounded headlights and a low round stance. The Bumper cover always looks like it is in need of a face lift.
The closest graft to sport stance has been from VIP320 maybe grafting a late model C to our CLK.
Love those Wheels though.
Best, Gator

Nice example !!
I too was looking for a simple lip, coudn't find one that was reasonable and I liked, so just made one from 5mm polypropylene black plastic with a rubber trim attached.
