I am a 320 but running 430 throttle body, you will need bigger injector and a ECU tune to accommodate the bigger throttle body. I suggest buy a second one and port it, if your engine not running smooth and jump into safe mode. Then you will need a tune and bigger injectors.

DAMN THE W208 FORUM IS SLOW
There was a time when a tech thread on the W208 forum would have sparked some action. At least 20+ posts.
OK, I'll give an opinion and someone can beat me across the head with their set of facts
Once upon a time, in the 2001 model year, the CLK430 got a larger throttle body. Previously, the 430 throttle body was 69 mm. The 2001 and later 430 has a 74 mm throttle body. That’s the same size as the CLK55 throttle body, although they’re physically different parts. In fact, the 2001+ 430 throttle body was the same part used in the later 500.
So, is the 2001 throttle body too small? Well. . . . . . . . size wise, the 55 engine is 27.5% larger than a 430. 74 mm is 74 mm (sort of), so unless the 55 throttle body was woefully undersized, I can’t see how porting the 74 mm throttle body on a 430 will buy anything.
Before going into full on rant mode (which should be reserved for the 10th post or later, unless I write something incredibly stupid) lets look at why I think I can accurately determine if porting would help.
I recommend a dyno, but use any method you want to test vacuum in the intake manifold, at wide open throttle, at redline. If (when) you see 0.6" or less you'll know it's the right size (assuming the filters aren't clogged). BTW, an oversized TB will perform like a dog. That's why no one runs an 80 mm on an NA 430
Here's a HP trick. Do a dyno run on a bone stock 2001 or later CLK430. Then remove the air cleaner and do it again. Right about then it will be obvious why some people desperately hunt down CLK55 air cleaners, and why others do odd things with a dremel to a stock 430 air cleaner.
