Blinking fuel light

My fuel light starting blinking yesterday and since then my "service engine" light turned on. Does anyone know what this is about? Thank you.

check to make sure your gas cap is tightened properly.

The flashing low fuel indicator is for the gas cap not being on tight (vapor recovery system)

The C.E.L. will cancel out after a few on / off cycles when the fault stops occuring...

Otherwise, any shop with a OBD-II scanner can clear the fault code.

Your right! I didnt put 2 and 2 together...because i did get gas last night so it should of flaged me. Thanks for saving me from looking like an *** at the dealership!
