CLK320 Heater Blower Relay

I recently changed the motor and the resistor block on 2001 CLK320. Worked fine initially but now have the motor stuck on on full bore whether the ignition is on or off. Somwonw has said it's a faulty relay but i cannot find the location of the relay, if there is one.
I have removed and replaced all the relays that I can find but nothing cut the power to this motor

Fuse block F1, located in the engine compartment, has four HVAC system fuses.

Specifically, #'s 20, 25, 26 and 38.

The blower motor is fused by #25, pulling it won't fix your problem, but should stop the motor from running full bore, when the ignition is on or off.
