Help Guys/ Tires/ Audi Tt

What tires do you recommend to put on my 2002 Audi TT roadstar- soft top-- I currently have the Michelin Pilot Sports-- Stealship just called me and quoted me $900 for 17 inch tire sizes.. I will prefer something quiet.. What do you recommend-- Thanks in advance
