Power steering fluid vanishing!

Today was my 3rd visit to my MB service tech for missing steering fluid. They topped it off the first time, saying that it was probably low from the factory.. a couple thousand miles later, it was low again.. they said they could not find a leak, and put a dye in it.. i went back in a few days later.. they cant see the dye anywhere.. so there's no leak. This morning, I'm low on fluid again. This car is a lemon, I think! I take it back to the dealer.. he looks under the car. looks at all the seals, and says, "Dude, there's no leak. Wanna try to take it back as a lemon?" I put in a the EuroNav, wheels, exhaust, suspension.. I dont want to lose it all.. I give him a day to keep looking for the leak. He calls me this afternoon and says he took off some rubber boot, and it was full of power steering fluid. THey have to order some part from Germany.. it'll take 2 weeks, but hoorah, I get to keep my car. Anyone else have this steering fluid gremlin?

Also, I sighed with relief that he didn't try to blame it on my underdrive pulleys.

Command wouldn’t hold my presets for more than a few weeks at a time; Mercedes updated the software and that problem disappeared.

(I took delivery in August 2016; the software update that fixed the problem was early in 2017. Presets have been stable since then.)
