Seems as if there is the very mildly redesigned front end we've discussed, new tail lights, an aluminum face plate to the now white gauges gauges etc. Looks as if they're doctoring things up just a bit until the new one debuts for MY 07 in the spring of 06. Just one more year to go!

Ummm, the link didn't work, but i can't believe they would have a completely new CLK in MY07 to debut in fall of '06. the car was already new in 2003. no way it's new in four years. wasn't the last gen CLK out for five years?

the pointy and aggressive bumper looks good. Seems like its possible to get the new bumper and grill to fit our cars. White gauges are nice but I really hope they change the amber interior lights.

Amber interior lights? I thought for 2005 they were all light blue???

unfortunately that is not the case with my car. I'm not sure about the rest of the cars that came later, but I ordered mine in september got it in November and the interior is still amber. Sucks a big one.

i really like that new front bumper if anyone knows when i can get my hands on one to put on my car let me know!
btw how much can i get a clk500 bumper for these days? the front bumper is the only thing i dont like on my 320

I doubt the new bumpers are available yet until after the updated model is released. But you can get the AMG bumpers of the 500's on Ebay for about $300-$500 bucks.

Somethings not right here, all 2005 CLK's got the restyled interior. Why have you not returned back to the dealer and compare it to all others with the GM.

I brought it up to my salesguy and he said there is no such change. Are there any other 2005 owners who can verify that the lights are either white or blue instead of amber?

You should have the updated center stack and controls vs. the 03's and 04's.

Yes I have the updated stack and controls. One of the main reaosns why I got the 05's. But still have the outdated amber lighting.

Rear lights are an improvement. Didnt see too much difference in the front.

The big question is are we going to see the CLK350?

I think the new tails look like either a Camry's or an Avalon's.
