How does the CLK's interior look at night?

I've been tons of pictures of the car and from every angle, but one thing I've been wondering is how the car's interior looks at night. Are the gauges and COMAND system well illuminated?

everything is well-illuminated... most are still the yellowish not blue (like the main speedo); but this doesn't appear so bad after awhile. Much of the lighting is almost too bright on dark roads. Only missing aspect is a red light on the back of the doors, while there is a threshold light under each door. Much better than the old CLK. Can't believe yours isn't here yet...wow... you'll like it.

Looks great, although it would of been nice if they made everything the same color, I mean comon we only payed $70,000 for the car!

I think they screwed us by giving us the old navi and it really doesn't go with the car. It's orange illuminated! The dash is really nice though, a soft blue.

Ciao baby, let me know when you get the car and we will race, that extra wood will hold you behind!! LOL!

As I long tall beautiful Texas fake blond female friend of mine says "the drapes do not match the rug" (self deprecation at its finest). The lite blue main instruments look like my former 1999 C5 (very happening), the radio and door switches are that of a 1971 Camaro pale yellow color (very loser retro). Comes across as a parts bin mess.

Ive read about this mismatch before, its a shame they didnt go to the extra effort to get a match- the interior at night can realy look good if done properly. I suppose taking photos at night would be difficult

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the colors to match each other, I remember in my moms MB some of her dash lights went out and a local shop replaced the burnt out light bulb or something...I wonder if this can be replaced with a light blue bulb....

Interior light

If you notice that the climate control panel in the CLK is the exact same one from the C-Class. The odometer/speedometer is the same as the E-Class. And the air-vent is from the SL.....Therefore, lighting is different. Don't you feel like this car is Frankenstein's monster...? It is a shame that MB charges premium for the CLK but fail to make the interior "uniformed" such as their E-Class. Notice the E-Class interior styling is original. No parts taken directly from any other classes.

I'd venture to guess that MB spent a lot more time, effort, and $ designing the E since it's their bread and butter car and unfortunately for MB, it's fallen behind in sales to it's less pricey brother, the C-class. MB definitely wants to push E sales back up and the only way to do it is come out with a car that is nothing like any of its brethren.
