W209 19" Wheels would I need spacers?
I have a 04 CLK 320 (not lowered) and I'm going to put MRR GT1 19x8.5" front and 19x9.5" rear with 225/35/19 and 265/30/19. Do you think I would need any spacers?

I am currently running et 35 and they fit fine but you might need a spacer in the rear if you want a more aggressive look. Good luck and if you have the proper spacers there shouldn't be any problems.

35 is perfect offset with H&R Sport Kit. I have this and it looks amazing! 45 offset will not work, there will not be any clearance anywhere with this size. You cannot even stick your hand in the wheel well anymore. Make sure you also upgrade your shocks + sway bars or the car will ride like hot dog stand. The stock springs are a joke and the shocks are tuned for the stock spring.

So the sway bars also need to be replaced?

Sway bar
I have this setup and didn't replace the sway bars or the shocks. The car leans ugly on turns... The body roll almost equals to the stock setup. I would recommend at least changing the rear sway bar... I am definately doing this on my car. Of course when you are doing to springs / shocks sway bars can be replaces with no additional overhead.
