When I get treated badly by someone, I let them know it, therefore, I feel it only right that when someone does me right, I let everyone know it! I went to North Houston Mercedes with a droning noise on slight acceleration and a slightly hard shift. I have driven my car a lot over the last year (60,000 miles) and have exceeded my warranty by quite a bit. Taylor (my service advisor) at North Houston Mercedes told me about the glycol in the transmission fluid problem they have had on this model and proceeded to go up the chain of command until he got the problem taken care of at minimal cost to me. I have looked on other forums and was expecting to pay upward of ten grand... will walk away at about 1500. I just wanted to share.
