How much to paint hood?
I have a lot of deep scratches and chips from highway stones, rocks, flying garbage etc. I think that there is too much damage for touch up paint. How much do you guys think it would cost to repaint?

04 CLK 500
Assuming you go to a decent shop and they wont have to blend into the fenders. I would say you are looking at $500.

i agree. between 500-700.then get the clear mask installed. just did that to mine. lots of chips from turnpike driving.had my bumper done last year as well.

just google 3m clear mask and you can read up on it.i paid $450 for the bumper and $250 for the hood.

Where in Indiana? If you're close to Chicago, I know a shop who does great work for a reasonable rate.
