Hid Fogs done!
By far this is the easiest job i have ever done on my car. A true plug and play with plenty of space to work on.
No flicker no errors thanks to an error canceler wire.
1-Left HID, RIght Xenon match bulb
2- All changed
3- Night
And i don't blind anyone if you are wondering i lowered them perfectly to the ground just the camera (iPhone) adds a lot of glare to the pic.
If anyone is thinking to do it i say go for it. Very easy...
Are your fogs H1? If they are, just a tip: make sure the grounding wire is secured well, or when you're driving over rough terrain you'll get flickering, along with some flickering at startup. Happened to me, was annoying until i decided to fix it lol

Mine is actually H11. I attached the slim ballast along withe the ignitor with some industrial grade Velcro purchase at Staples. Didn't trust the double sticky the HID's came with.
So far no flickering so im guessing its good but ill keep an eye on it

Thanks
Hey Andy,
The error canceler came in a package for a previous kit i had ordered for a friend for his Nissan Z. He didnt need it so i kept it. The error canceler is not like the ones you see for sale ( with the little box) its a capacitor and its wired to plug and play with the Hid wiring.
I can take a picture of it later on and show you.
And yes they are 8000K just like my headlights.

I ordered my HID with DDMtuning they take 4ever to ship but good product indeed. They didnt come with mounting brackets and the reason for that is that the ballast are very slim and very lightweight.
I velcro them on the side of the fenders. I will take some pictures tomorrow so you guys can see it.
So hmm 8000K + 3000K = Green ground effect? Am i right?

I just receive mine :
How did you install your kit? Did you remove the front bumper?
thanks if you can help me out
That doesn't mean you car has the same so go to sylvannia.com and look up your replacements bulbs and buy accordingly.
Good luck let me know if you need more help
congrats on your purchase. You do not need to remove the bumper.
I lifted my car up ( just like you would to change a tire ) and leaned underneath the car. I removed the plastic cover 3-4 pins holding it under the bumper) and than you get a pretty good amount of space to work on your HID's.
Just a heads up though. I was driving on the highway today and that cover im talking a bump went lose and broke into pieces. Cost $52 for an new one just ordered it. Make sure you put it back on tight and save yourself some money and embarrassment on the road lol.

$52?? Where did you get it from? This has happened to almost all of us. The fender liner is $23 from parts.com
Kinnda mad though huh
and i installed the fogs without a lift. it was a tight squeeze but still easy enough.
