Car won't start. CPS or Starter issue

Hi, so yesterday I went to pick up my brother. and turned off the car. 1 hour later, I tried to start it. But there was no crank. Battery is fine. Does this seem like a crank position sensor problem or the starter?

my friend had a similar problem and it was the sensor...
