As for the seat belt, mine goes back in only in cold weather, but then comes right back out and stays until I buckle the belt. Yours goes in and stays there?
Search this forum about adding quad exhuast. It's been discssed a lot with lots of pictures. Just know that if yours is a cabrio it will be harder to do.

A common source of oil leaks on your engine are the "cam plugs" on the back of the left (US driver's) side head. If that's where the leak is, those are cheap and easy to replace. If it's the oil pan gasket, you have to lift the engine to remove it - that's quite a task. But I doubt it's the oil pan - that's too low to get oil on the O2 sensors.
