E55 SUPERCHARGER OR E55 MOTOR SWAP NEED YOUR INPUT???
WHATS up world.....i'm lookinig for some input on either getting a E55amg supercharger or should i do a straight motor swap e55amg. I got my booty whoop at the omega 1/2mile races cause i was rolling stock......i need something out there to keep up with the lambo's ..lol any and all advice is welcome

I don't think you can just strap on the supercharger from an E55 because you'll need the proper intake manifold plus ECU. Swapping the entire negine would be the way to go, but after you do all that, my guess is that you could probably sell your car, buy a CLK63, and still have a few bucks leftover.

I've seen both mods done. C55 with OEM E55 SC that ran 1/4 miles less then 12s. I know this car personally but the shop is in Arizona. The other car is a white CLS500 with a complete E55 SC engine swapped. They has a lot of check engine light issues, power steering issue..etc.

kleeman makes a SC and parts for the clk500 but like rudeney said after all the work and what not you mine as well buy a 63 cause the parts alone not including labor is over 6 grand and if youre running stock im guessing you still have stock exhaust as well and headers are 1-2 grand so at the end of the day as a whole you spend almost 10gs or more
